The Plan: The Vehicle Service Plan offered on a lay-by basis, including parts and labour.

3. Service Plan Terms

3.1. By purchasing a Vehicle Service Plan through our website, you agree to the specific terms of The Plan, including payment schedules, service provisions, and refund policies.
3.2. Details of The Plan, including pricing, included services, and accredited service centers, are outlined on the relevant product page.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1. The monthly cost of The Plan is displayed on the product page and payable in instalments over 12 months.
4.2. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. No payment information is stored on our servers.
4.3. A non-refundable service fee of R1000 is included in the total cost and will be paid off first before other items.
4.4. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding payments are cleared.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Refunds for cancellations are processed as per the terms specified in The Plan:

The R1000 service fee is non-refundable.

Any balance payments made, excluding the service fee, will be refunded within 14 business days.
5.2. The Customer must notify The Provider in writing to initiate a cancellation or refund request.

6. Service Provision

6.1. Services under The Plan can only be availed once all payments are completed or the outstanding balance is settled.
6.2. Service must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance through our accredited service centers around you. Our consultants will help you to identify an accredited service centre near you.
6.3. The Provider reserves the right to stipulate the brand of parts used to maintain quality standards.
