Provider Name: Car Service Plans (“The Provider”)

We are committed to providing transparent and fair policies regarding refunds and returns for our Vehicle Service Plan. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

1. Refund Policy

1.1. Non-Refundable Service Fee:

A management fee of R1000 is included in the total cost of the Vehicle Service Plan and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Your monthly instalments first cover the management fee and thereafter the service plan itself.

1.2. Refund for Instalments Paid:

If you decide to cancel the Vehicle Service Plan, a refund will be processed for instalments already paid, excluding the R1000 non-refundable service fee.

1.3. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. You may cancel the Vehicle Service Plan at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]
2.2. Cancellations before all payments are completed will result in a partial refund as per the amounts paid as outlined in Section 1.2.

3. Returns Policy

3.1. Applicability:

Since this policy applies to services and service kits, physical returns are not applicable once a service or item has been provided.

3.2. Service Kit Returns:

If a service kit has been delivered and the full payment has not been made, no refunds or returns are permitted for used or partially used items.

4. Exclusions

4.1. No refunds or returns will be provided for:

Partially used services

Services already rendered (e.g., labour costs).

Cancellation requests made after the service kit or labour has been utilized.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

5.1. To initiate a refund or return, please contact us with the following details:

Your full name and contact information.

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

Reason for refund or return request.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund or return request, you may contact us to resolve the matter. Disputes will be handled in accordance with South African consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to this Policy

The Provider reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
